Taking cues from mid-century leisurewear, the SUMMER KNIT ROBE draws on the relaxed cabana and poolside robes that emerged alongside post-war resort culture. The shawl collar is a classic feature found on garments intended for leisure, following the familiar line of smoking jackets at the start of the 20th century, into towel gowns, and later more casual forms of wear.

Rather than using traditional pile towelling, this version is constructed from a heavier cotton knit, offering a different texture while retaining the easy, open character of early vintage examples.
